How do I use Metal-Free? What do I do with metal or mercury fillings in the mouth?
As long as there is no metalwork in the mouth, it is simply sprayed into the mouth and, optimally, held under the tongue for up to three minutes, then swallowed. The whole dosage can be taken at one time each day.
If Metal-Free comes in contact directly with metal or mercury fillings in the mouth, it can actually bond with some of those molecules. This means it would not be available to bind with the metal molecules in the cells, defeating the purpose.
If there is metal or mercury fillings in the mouth, there are a few ways to avoid it:
• Use a dropper to drop the Metal-Free at the back of the tongue. 3-4 drops is equivalent to one spray.
• Use a dropper to administer intra-nasally. This is a very good way to do it, but can be awkward.
• Use a special extended sprayer to direct the spray to the back of the throat. This is perhaps most convenient.
Product Guidelines
1. Product should be shaken well before use.
2. 1 - 8 sprays should be taken daily on an empty stomach based on individual patient tolerance.
3. The optimum way to use the product is to have the patient take the daily dose in the morning and then wait 30-45 minutes before eating. Ideally, Metal-Free should be taken 30-45 minutes away from food, before and after.
4. Once taken, the liquid is held under the tongue for 3 minutes.
5. Pregnant and lactating mothers should not use Metal-Free and are advised to contact their healthcare practitioner about being on any type of detox during this period.
6. For children under 12 years of age, a healthcare practitioner should be contacted prior to use.
7. Product will keep best if refrigerated.
8. In the event of any increase of tiredness, headache, mental fog or other adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner immediately.
